However, I think it's important to know how much you can eat and still lose. I mean, every body is different so it only makes sense to track once in awhile to see how your body metabolizes the food. I make sure to not go over 1200 cals even when I exercise and I have a min of 60 protein grams a day. I lose better with the more protein I eat.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1786028657534118741.post-72676407850945197742011-04-09T23:34:17.569-04:002011-04-09T23:34:17.569-04:00I so wanna check my thyroid - I swear it's out...I so wanna check my thyroid - I swear it's outta whack.♥ Drazil ♥https://www.blogger.com/profile/10177140029694038645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1786028657534118741.post-26673739966973189622011-04-09T18:29:24.854-04:002011-04-09T18:29:24.854-04:00I am a non-counter. I get all angsty and tense with the idea of a return to my horrific calorie counting days.

Instead I really listen to my hunger and stop when my stomach says I should (well try to anyway). When the scale stops I think about what I am doing to cause this and then analyze what I need to do to get it moving or not moving (if maintaining) again. I have great weeks and not so great weeks.

This worked very well for my weight-loss phase. I am still perfecting maintenance. I am not happy with the way the scale moves around.

xxxoooTinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16965135571189867376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1786028657534118741.post-69549013851816196392011-04-08T14:56:16.298-04:002011-04-08T14:56:16.298-04:00I totally count calories and protein grams.I totally count calories and protein grams.Lap Band Galhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12747065418364221233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1786028657534118741.post-74527522054203971632011-04-08T13:02:55.608-04:002011-04-08T13:02:55.608-04:00So true!So true!Amanda Kiskahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08035180757671095192noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1786028657534118741.post-83002466592373970542011-04-08T12:22:52.301-04:002011-04-08T12:22:52.301-04:00I think you're doing exactly the right thing -...I think you're doing exactly the right thing - taking into account the specifics of your body and your lifestyle.
